Who doesn’t like a Salted Caramel snack! Combining some salty sweetness and smoothie goodness is enough to get wanting this snack!
I’ll say it again, bananas are an incredibly great source of Vitamin B6, magnesium, Vitamin C, Potassium and Dietary Fibre. This is definitely one of my favourite go-to-snacks when i am wanting some sweet without going overboard.

Ingredients
- 2 Cups almond milk (see nut milk recipe)
- 1 large frozen banana
- 2 medjool dates
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1/2 cup ice
- pinch of hymalyan salt
- pinch of cinnamon to g

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Add banana, dates (remove pit), almond milk, maca powder, ice and salt
Step 2
Blend until smooth (I use a high speed blender)
Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon
Tips
Making your own Almond Milk is very quick and easy to do with my recipe linked above, however if you want something quick and easy you can purchase almond milk in almost every store. I do recommend checking the ingredients first, as some do contain preservatives whilst others are simply water, salt and almonds.
