After being shocked that only 5% of Australian’s eat the recommended serves of fruit and veg a day, I decided that the one thing I needed people to focus on is to “Eat More Plant Food”. I don’t want to put labels on people’s food choices, as I think we are all individuals with varying needs. However, I strongly believe everyone should try to eat more whole plant foods. Prevention is the best medicine and the wisest investment you will ever make is in your own health
