I guess I need to preface this by saying that I am currently in the middle of a small coffee addiction. I am by no means a person that is likely to commit murder unless I am hooked to a caffeine drip, but I have noticed that my 2 a day habit has sneakily become 3.

I am the type of person that races from one thing to the next rarely ever pausing for breath. If you ask me about the benefits of mindfulness, mediation and self-love, I will be the first person to tout all the benefits and tell you why you should do it. There is only one problem…… I do not take my own advice!
